the properties, rights and assets owned by Seller, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, of every type and description, real, personal or mixed, tangible and intangible, wherever located and whether or not reflected on the books of Seller (the “Acquired Assets”), including, without limitation, all rights, title and interest in and to the motion picture currently entitled “Poker Junkies” (by whatever title such motion picture may now or may hereafter become known, the “Film”)
